Solo travel has taken me from Central and South America, to Europe and Africa, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and throughout the U.S. Each journey has deepened my understanding of social behavior, cultural connection, and myself. Service-based travel bridges cultures through collaboration and shared purpose, offering travelers the chance to make a difference while learning from the communities we serve. Through my experiences facilitating international volunteer programs, including a nine-month global leadership initiative spanning multiple continents, I’ve led teams of volunteers and supported service projects that required thoughtful coordination and cultural sensitivity.
